The Gecometric Construction System (GCS)
Value Proposition
The value of the GCS is its ability to automate the manufacturing of modular structures. The GCS will increase efficiency and improve the economics of construction projects. The GCS will produce the following benefits:
Hard Cost Savings
• Automation will bring savings of $20 per square foot. The GCS will significantly reduce the amount of manual labour needed, decrease production time and increase production capacity, while enhancing product consistency and quality.
Simplified Construction Process
• GCS automation will complete 70% of the structure bringing it to weather proof and lock up stage. A significant amount of the the most intensive and dangerous labour components will be completed by the GCS. Ultimately, a lower-skilled and smaller workforce will be needed to produce high quality structures, thus minimizing related HR logistical issues, complications and scaling issues.
Easily Adjustable Production Capacity
• Currently in the manufactured housing industry, constant workforce adjustments must be made because under utilized labour and payroll costs can adversely affect the financial situation of a factory. With the GCS, only 30% of the work required to build a structure is done by labourers. This means there is a 70% reduction in the number of employees that need to be laid off (and paid severance) in the event of a downturn or conversely hired to fill a large order. In short, it is much easier to “flip on” the GCS and gain production capacity than to continuously hire (and then lay off) staff.

Products of the GCS
Innovequity has designed the GCS to have a high degree of flexibility. The GCS can be configured to manufacture a variety of structures that include:
• Single-family manufactured and modular homes
• Multi-family residential modules for condo / apartment developments
• Work camp units (mobile industrial structures)
• Transportable / temporary classrooms
• Transportable / temporary office space
• High quality / permanent disaster relieve housing
The GCS also has the potential to function in an on-site capacity.

Only From Innovequity
From the beginning, Innovequity has considered intellectual property protection a priority. We have filed three core patents to protect our invention. Significant prior art searches and an International Search Report conducted by the European Patent Office found no impeding prior art that will affect patentability. In other words Innovequity is the first to design such a system and we will be the only company that can market this system until our patents expire.
