The Basics of GCS Technology

This video was filmed the first day of operation and shows the machine building a full size floor complete with all plumbing, electrical and HVAC lines installed. This was the first time in history a full size floor has been produced entirely without human hands. The prototyping activities preformed by Innovequity have effectively proven the concepts behind the GCS and customers can now be confident the machines they order will indeed build flawless floors, walls and roof panels faster and more efficiently than ever thought possible. The floor in this video took 20 minutes to construct.

The GCS Factory

This video demonstrates how the GCS is intended to be used within a factory setting, and outlines Innovequity’s goal to provide customers with a highly valuable, turnkey, rapid structure manufacturing facility.

The Mobile GCS Factory

This video illustrates the amazing potential of the Mobile GCS Factory, because the GCS is so small and streamlined it can easily be transported directly to the site of a major project, this greatly reduces many of the costs and complications normally associated with modular construction.

GCS Product Quality and Positive Environmental Impact

Due to the GCS’s unique assembly methodology, it s possible to efficiently build structures that are both much stronger and better insulated than those conventionally built. Additionally, the use of a GCS greatly reduces the overall environmental footprint of the construction process. Not mentioned in the video is the GCS's ability to use magnesiumoxide board, which is inexpensive, strong, and noncombustible. The use of magnesium board allows the GCS to produce high quality, noncombustible and mold-proof structures.

An In-depth View of the GCS Technology

This video outlines the GCS’s capabilities and provides a brief overview of the GCS's potential to save time and money.
